Turkish Airlines Name Change Policy allows passengers to make amendments to their names if typed wrong, upto 3 to 4 letters free of cost within 24 hours of purchase. Several times while making a reservation passengers mistakenly misspell their name in the form or omit letters, to correct such mistakes this policy has been made. After 24 hours a name change fee applies that the traveller needs to pay to make changes to their name. According to the laws, it is illegal to fly with the wrong name and every passenger must have their name exactly as they have in their official documents.
